          I hear that it's really a lifelong process, but it gets easier once you deal with the backlog and get to the point that you only have to deal with new crud when it happens.

            It honestly really is the truth, because it never really goes away. And it's different for everyone, so there's no one and done solution. What works for one person doesn't for another and some take longer to heal.

            I always appreciate seeing the Klance duo getting what they need in that respect 💜
