To start with, what an amazing sneak peek in the summary! I was immediately engaged and felt like I could empathize with the shock and (for a lack of better term) hysteria that Aliara felt in response to his proposal. How smug and demanding and one step ahead of her Varis was is both very realistic and infuriating. Poor Aliara felt so out-of-depth with all the politics nonsense and I just want to hug her ;_;
I also forgot how in his father's shadow Zenos was during this time and that was very refreshing to see :o Super excited to read the next chapter(s)!
