    This. This is everything I ever wanted. This is perfection.

    I love how you wrote Stone's growing disdain for Team Sonic. They made a bad first impression, and Stone seemed just about ready to strangle Knuckles at the halfway point.

    Ahhh and the crush at first sight! For both of them!

    Imagine if the first 'kidnapping' was 'successful'. Since Stone didn't do his epic reveal, and the bots only took his espresso machine, imagine if it becomes a regular occurrence. Like, Eggman comes, wreaks town, kidnaps the only good batista, and now Team Sonic have to end the day by breaking into the lair to get him back. Everyday day. And Stone (the freak lol), doesn't really say anything cause he unironically enjoys this and finds it funny.

    'Eggman falters slightly at Stone’s easy compliance. “Alright? I expected some kind of resistance.”

    “Oh, you wanted me to put up a fight, sir?” Stone teases, Eggman can practically hear the grin in his voice. “I can do that, you just have to promise not to put me down.”' <----- single best lines in the fic.

    I was super excited for this when I read the initial first snippet on tumblr, and you delivered. 10/10, have a good whatever-your-timezone-is

      Wow this comment means so much to me.
      I would have loved to do something like that with them saving Stone every week but I hadn’t anticipated the fic being as popular as it has been already.
      I was kinda trying to make it like the second movie anyway, where Stone immediately gives up the cafe for Ivo.
      But anyway thanks for liking my fic so much
