    Oh this fic was delightful. Felt in character, I think transcription helped with it.
    Frost had many funny lines too. Loved seeing him out of his depth. The nervous 'no 🫢' as he was eating another cupcake lives rent free in my head.
    I think you somehow did Mr.Light justice too! Can't wait to read more things you wrote 😁

    I actually shared the same fear you mention on worrying that the fic was too short but it seemed perfect. It gives out a rushed vibe. Like they truly had less than an hour to get down with it.

    I was also a bit worried when you prelude the fic with 'might be out of character. Not used to write this' but I think your characterization turned out very nice. It's awkward in the sense Frost is there but not awkward in its wording.

    Also, if you'd like to know more about Mr.Light (And Mr.Witch. And the Witchlight Carnival as a whole) I recommend reading 'The Wild beyond the Witchlight: A fey wild aventure'. It's available online. I read it on Anyflip.com :)
    Mr.Light's lore is at the beginning of the book (in page 26 there is his appearance and stats and all)

    Mr. Light is stated to be a Shadar-kai (so a shadowfell native), based on everything he seems to be an elf.

    But it remains that his card doesn't mention that specifically. You could make him have mixed ancestry, having him have fey or human (netherese) ancestors. I like to hc these kind of things.
    Anyway, hope this ramble wasn't boring

      I have been treating myself well during my break. I've actually been thinking about this comment a lot and finally got around to replying. My mental health has improved to the point where I feel like writing again, just had some unfortunate things crop up and writers block.
