Oh, yes. That could certainly happen. Since the more infected there are in one place also allows them to coordinate better with each other to infect more people.
Now, I haven't revealed it yet, but the infected do keep about 50% of their original intelligence. That's how some were able to sneak up on high-level ninja and others haven't. It all depends on how smart they were before infection. Which, in my mind, means Sasuke is not only the strongest but also the smartest infected shown so far.
Yep. Now imagine the suprise on 'smart' Konoha Root ninjas when the virus makes them use their intel against them.
And yes, Sasuke the Zombie would be inteligent. Also...potentially the most dangerous. Had this virus happened when he got his Eternal Sharingan or worse, Indra's Six Paths chakra....oh boy, a bad end for the World of Shinobi. Thank kami it only happened around the time he attacked Orochimaru.
Oh yes, most definitely. I would still say he's like stronger than 90% of the characters so far since he got the biggest dose of the virus and can't feel pain and has limitless stamina. So he can spam his Sharingan non-stop.
So basically any character who was more powerful than this version of Sasuke could put up a fight against him. Although, that does not mean they automatically win since a single scratch could end the fight depending on the opponent.
Oh no. And yeah, unless they are immuned to the virus, are Edo Tenseied or have faster reaction speeds to Sasuke...yeah, he'd win. Although he COULD be sealed if timed right.
And funny enough, my brain just came up with several weird virus outbreak timelines inspired by your story that would be referanced in that SCP story. Want to hear what they are? Some are kinda...dark.
Kama Plague timeline- A timeline where Kara, while studying the Kama, accidentally made them sentient and HIGHLY infectious, allowing these new strains to escape the facility they were held in and infect the rest of the world. Unlike most zombie plagues, this strain of Kama doesn’t actually kill the host, instead it turns them into Otsutsukis on par with Kaguya and higher...but also makes them extremely hateful of non-Otsutsuki life forms and brings out their darker natures. Those with Kama already or Otsutsukis are immune to the plague and while will-power helps, any non-Otsutsuki's are still turned into the ‘undead’ after a while. The _ organization has not yet visited this timeline.
[Transforms the hosts into Otsutsukis, but it also increases their darker desires and forces them into an almost unnatural state of rage against anything NOT Otsutsukis. Their powers and natural abilities become STRONGER and MORE POWERFUL than before, akin to Kaguya and above. Was made when Kara accidentally made the Kamas they had sentient and they spread out into the world, seeking to turn the entire UNIVERSE into Otsutsukis. Those with Kama already or are already Otsutsuki are immune to the effects, anyone else can stave off the effects through will-power...although they still turn into Otsutsukis.]
Konoha Fox Plague timeline- A timeline where during the Konoha Crush, the malicious chakra of the Kyuubi spilled out like clouds of death and infected everyone, living and dead, into Kyuubi powered monsters that seek only destruction as their bodies are melted into their new chakra bodies. By the time Naruto escaped from his biju state and confronted Nageto....Konoha was already infected and he CHOSE to become an Akatsuki to STOP the plague from killing everyone. The _ organization has not yet visited this timeline.
[A chakra based affliction that turns anyone that comes into contact with the chakra or the infected hosts into Kyuubi infused monsters that desire only destruction (minds are turned into semi instinctual states as their bodies slowly melt into their new forms). It started accidentally during the Konoha Crunch when Naruto used the Kyuubi chakra against Pain....when he was able to escape that state, Konoha was infested with monsters and he joined the Akatsuki to STOP this plague!]
Time Slip Explosion Virus timeline- A timeline where before the Time Slip Arc, Bourto was developing a cold and Momoshiki, after realizing his host was in the past, turned the cold into a virus meant to turn the future Hokage into a new host. Unfortunately, it mutated WAY TOO MUCH and turned into a virus that causes the chakra system to become a delayed human BOMB!. Naruto survived due to being the host of Kurama but....because the virus was designed to infect large populations, Konoha fell as a result. The _ organization has not visited this timeline yet.
[Causes the host to become delayed timebombs that use their chakra systems against them, making said network rise to dangerous levels before exploding outwards (causing their entire skins and muscles to get blown off and dangle like ropes). It only activates in massive populated areas and is lethal, anyone that survives is turned into zombies. [Biju hosts and other stronger ninja can survive the injuries and virus to a point]. All started when Bourto got a cold in the future and Momoshiki transformed the cold into a deadly virus...that was supposed to turn others into copies of himself [it mutated into something FAR WORSE].]
War of the Dead/Zetsu Plague timeline- A timeline where Black Zetsu, fearing that the war is going nowhere, possessed Kabuto and forced him to alter several White Zetsus into biological carriers of a plague designed to kill organic life....it went horribly wrong as the dead rose up into immortal zombies and as a result of this...the Otsutsuki Clan became involved TOO EARLY and broke Kaguya free to stop the infection from spreading out of the timeline, while Naruto allied himself with Zetsu to keep the Edo Tensei army ‘alive’ as a force AGAINST both opposing sides. The _ organization has NOT learned of this timeline yet....and the three way war is still happening even after 500 years.
[Transforms the victims into undead zombies that can’t DIE due to being infused with Zetsu cells that make them unkillable except to getting the brain destroyed. There's a THREE WAY WAR between the infected, Kaguya and her temporarily allied clan and Naruto/Black Zetsu and their Edo Tensei shinobi army.]
Kage Summit Plague timeline- A timeline where the Kage Summit was interrupted by a zombie virus, one made from the mix of Uzumaki blood and dead Uchiha cells, turning the users into intelligent undead creatures with sharingan-like growths that grant them ALL OF THE POWERS OF THE UCHIHA...without any limits. All of the Kages in attendance were infected, along with anyone nearby, and the world....is getting overrun by said zombies. The _ organization has quarantined the timeline until a method of destroying/curing the infected is found.
[Causes the host to gain sharingan-like growths that turn the user into undead bringers of death....although they ARE still smart and have their personalities intact. The growths grant them ALL of the sharingan powers without ANY weaknesses or hindrances, including blindness. Was made after Karin’s blood accidentally mixed with Danzo’s arm during Sasuke’s assassination attempt, turning the two substances into an airborne virus that is spread through touch or breathing in the infected’s breath.]
Agreed. My actural favorite out of the bunch is either the Kama one or the Kage one. Inteligent zombies are FUN, especially when they still have their personalities, but inverted slightly.
And fun fact, one of the timelines that's going in that story is so good I might turn it into a real story. It's called 'Imaginary' Friends, a world where Kid naruto meets the kid version of the Ame Trio from another timeline and they become friends after the Tro are stuck in this timeline. They go by different names in Naruto's timeline and everyone thinks Naruto had imaginary friends named Konan, Yagito and Nageto that he outgrew.
Yeah. The trio NEEDS a happy ending and this is a timeline where that happens...plus the images where the kid versions meet up also might've inspired that timeline.
Yeah! Plus, I imagine the Kama version of Bourto TRYING and failing to save his friends from turning into these new forms...and they just don't try to kill him, but they ARE more violent and deadly to anyone else.
For the Kage, imagine the heart break when Naruto learns that Garra is one of the infected, or worse yet, Tsunade once the Kage Plague shows up to Konoha. The tragedy!
So does the adult forms of the trio exist in that timeline as well or no? I'm a bit curious. Also, yes we need more dark Naruto AU's lol. Just don't make them overly dark, like I saw a MHA AU on YouTube that got really popular and I thought it was okay because it was like insanely dark for no reason. :(
Trust me, I know when to make things too dark or not. Plus there will be happy endings...from a certain point of view. I mean its not a complete end of the world set of timelines.
Lunar Legacy/Kaguya of Konoha timeline- A timeline where Kaguya was sent to earth by mistake during the sealing and was the one to raise Naruto since childhood, learning to be a good mother again while attempting to regain her full might. [Mention of it during one of the chapters.] Referenced Lunar Legacy by Fanreader62 on AO3.
World of Gutsy/Novelverse timeline- A timeline where the world of The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi is REAL and not fictional. The _ organization deems it ‘a separate reality’ compared to the Narutoverse yet is intrinsically linked to it....meaning its own events can’t be altered due to it having its own ‘story’ BUT WILL die off if the Narutoverse is destroyed or erased. Team _ _ of the _ organization are the only ones designated to GO there due to having good relationships with it, anyone else will be detained on sight.
Kidverse timeline- A timeline where everyone is still in their kid states, a more ‘innocent’ timeline. Any characters from the ‘canon’ timeline are kids here and don’t seem to grow up at all....for some reason.
Eida chooses Boruto timeline- A timeline where instead of Eida falling for Kawaki, she fell head over heels for Boruto, which results in her NOT using Omnipotence to cause the Timeskip events. Instead, she erased Kawaki’s darker nature using her powers and made it so he wouldn’t HURT HER LOVER again. Due to the emergence of the God Tree avatars, Boruto and Eida chose to free Kaguya to help deal with them. Weirdly enough, Sasuke’s left eye wasn’t damaged in this timeline due to Bourto hitting his LEFT LEG instead of the eye.
Uchiha ‘Hunter’/Eyes of the Soul timeline- A timeline where Hikari Uchiha stayed in the main timeline and....started pinning over Boruto, going into DIRECT OPPOSITION with Sarada over his affections. Weirdly, this actually causes a ripple effect where those with special eye based abilities like Eida and _ start realizing their feelings for him and start a ‘war’ for his heart....all the while the whole ‘Boruto’ is a cheater thing ever happened due to having his HANDS FULL!.
BoruSaraMirei timeline- A timeline where the ship of Boruto x Sarada x Sumirei is canon and is explored in detail. This strange timeline started when Reaction Room suddenly appeared in the timeline and showed them their entire future, including them getting together. As a result, they were able to alter their ‘canon’ timeline to prevent all the woes of the future while also starting to understand each other via dating each other, becoming a real powerful Power Couple in the process. The _ organization took notice of this event and tried and failed to secure the Reaction Room....although weirdly enough, the Team Shadow Storm joined the organization as scouts to find more Reaction Rooms and learn more about them (though it's just an excuse for a vacation across the timelines).
BoruSara timeline- A timeline where the ship of Boruto x Sarada is not only canon BUT also explored more. Unlike most realities, the point of divergence happens when Isshiki DIED before starting Kara, resulting in EVERYTHING not happening....although in its place the Jashin religion started the experiments that made Kawari’s arm in a failed attempt to BECOME Jashin himself. That sect died off a little before Bourto’s acquisition of Momoshiki but some of its members started causing trouble in the meantime, which resulted in a more brutal timeline....but for the BoruSara ship, it actually went on without a hitch, although as a result of interacting with Jashin members, they had to mature MUCH faster due to trauma. They started dating around the time Kawari was adopted into the Uzumaki family, although he was MUCH younger then in canon in this timeline. The _ organization would recruit Sarada from this timeline in secret so she can use her knowledge of Jashinism to deal with the more....supernatural aspects of the Narutoverse, more specifically Jashin based timelines and entities.
Hikari x Boruto/Borukari/A Future Date timeline- A timeline where when Bourto went back in time to save Hikari Uchiha from her future fate and succeeded in that endeavor, he accidentally blurted out that ‘if she ever returned to the future, they should go on a date together’. This caused her to realize that her savior KNEW her, was from the future....and the version of her that Boruto knew might’ve had....intimate feelings for him. As a result of this, her new mission is to fulfill Boruto’s request by starting a journey to find a way to travel to the future, during this time she used Engraved Tsukyomi/Yachihoko on Black Zetsu to make him HER ‘companion’ during the trip and find the necessary materials for said travel (the jutsu making Zetsu forget EVERYTHING after her mission is done). Due to a few things, including finding the Vein of Gelel (which gave her regenerative/age halting properties after applying them as gemstone rhinestones around her eyes) before anyone else, finding the Ryumyaku and storing its some of its energy in a scroll, and accidentally finding Karasuki during his self-discovery trip through time, she was able to not only head to the future, but also make it BEFORE the events of Issiki’s attack. When she made it to the future, she instantly asked if he still wanted to go on a date with her....and well....that's the start of a very strange romance. The _ organization recruited her as a member of the Time-Space Reconnaissance division due to her handling of time travel...although she is only a temp and not a full member yet.
Omnipotence Negated timeline- A timeline where Kawaki never came to the conclusion to KILL Boruto, thus the Omnipotence Plan never became reality. As a result, both he and Boruto remained rivals on good terms, eventually becoming jonin in three years, and eventually the Hokage’s bodyguards. The _ organization has yet to visit this timeline. The two brothers ARE OVERPROTECTIVE of their dad, especially to genin.
Akatsuki Reaction Room/Akatsuki: Bringers of Peace timeline- A timeline that was altered drastically due to a Reaction Room appearing in that timeline and ‘stealing’ all the Akatsuki members sans Tobi/Obito, Kisame and Zetsu in order to show them the future itself. Seeing that the Akatsuki WILL die off and other more DANGEROUS threats to ‘peace’ will and ARE working to undermine them the entire time, they decided to stop this future from ever happening. As a result, they killed the rogue elements of their organization and changed their goals from hunting bijus to eliminating the hidden organizations like Zero, Kara and the like before they can grow more powerful. At the time that the _ organization makes contact with this timeline, the Zero organization was destroyed, Danzo eliminated and some of Kara’s assets were seized for the Akatsuki’s use....although Isshiki is fully eager to end this ‘nuisance’.
Sarada the Hokage timeline- A timeline where Sarada Uchiha became the first UCHIHA HOKAGE in history....all because of several hiccups in the timeline that made it possible. First, she awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan not from Kawaki’s plans but when Boruto nearly DIED during their fight with Boro. Second, the God Trees never matured at all but were destroyed when ingesting Boruto’s chakra. Third, Kawaki was never born and thus never CAUSED most of the later stuff. Fourth, Code and Jura DIED when Isshiki returned, the latter deciding that humans were too weak and stupid for his plans and just killed every single person in his cult before getting himself killed. And fifth, Boruto’s Kama was already infused into him....but Momoshiki’s consciousness was destroyed due to Sarada’s sharingan placing him into an illusion that destroyed his will. As a result of this, Team 7 NEVER broke apart and many, MANY years later, Sarada would become known as the Sun Goddess and the Eighth Hokage...where she and Boruto were still on each other’s nerves/flirting all the time. The _ organization has yet to document this timeline.
Heart of the Akatsuki timeline- A timeline where Obito, seeing Naruto’s early life on a reconnaissance mission, felt...his heart melt a little, and as a result, he decided to take the body under the Akatsuki’s hands as a way for him to become its enforcer one day. It....weirdly caused the members of this organization to slowly gain more human aspects that not only made them parental to the boy but also....derailed Black Zetsu’s plans, forcing Zetsu to attempt to kill the boy. This didn’t work as he got himself on the receiving end of the Akatsuki’s most deadly jutsus, killing the creature in the process and turning the organization from a criminal organization to a more bounty hunting organization designed to bring lasting peace.
[Kaguya would return....accidentally when Naruto reversed-summoned her as a teenager...leading them to become friends in this timeline. The _ organization has YET to discover this timeline.]
Springverse timeline- A timeline where the events of Springtime of Youth are canon. Focused on more comedy than action, it's a weird universe that....follows the canon plot VERY loosely and is more focused on Lee’s antics than Narutos. The _ organization is yet to see this timeline BUT knowing the insanity of this timeline, it will happen sooner rather than later. Based on the chibi/SY/RLSFPN versions of Naruto, both the anime and manga series.
Wow! You've really thought these all through lol. I think my favorite is the Kaguya timeline for sure along with the Hokage Sandra timeline. Maybe for the Kaguya one she could raise Sasuke too since she initially had two kids. This could also make Sasuke less vengeful and violent later on in the story.

As for the Sarada one, yeah that one is a good one because certain events happen to keep it from getting to Omnipotence level of insanity. If she HAD become Hokage during the Timeskip, it would've been her vs everyone. They'd think she's a worse Kage then Danzo was due to the mind altering stuff.
I personally like the Kid, Future Date, Akatsuki Reaction Room, Heart, and Eida timelines. The first because we need more wholesome timelines. The second due to the notion that Hakari died ALL of that time travel insanity for a date, a DATE. The third because Reaction/Dare Rooms on YouTube and Fanfiction are funny and I wanted to see what happens AFTER such a room appears in a timeline. Four due to me thinking Naruto COULD warm that organization's heartstings a lot. And five, because Eida...kinda deserves better. Canon Edia chose wrong and well...this timeline would be the opposite of canon.

No idea why, its funny. ...although I had a dumb headcanon years ago that Anko WAS Naruto's mom who had to keep her idenity hidden due to some weird political manipulation thing. Would've been funny if that happened in canon.

There's an anime where Oda Nobunaga and the other warlords are girls. The one I recall off the top of my head is Anima, a world where some people get animal powers from marks. Never got an anime. Ever. And one of them is a femboy with a mermaid power and a idiot with crow wings. Its cute.

Oh? I always thought that Tsunade adopted Naruto after the failed Sasuke mission. They just work as a adoptive parent and son relationship it hurts. BUT! I always thought that Minato was a Yamanaka or of their distant liniage due to...blond hair.
Also enjoyed the Ino x Naruto ship for two reasons. One, always thought they would be a couple due to seeing the Inuyasha x Kagome vibes from them (same with Sakura...although I like NarSakuHina ships myself for silly reasons, same with NarShion ships), and two....because Ino would be the brains of the relationship and Naruto the house husband. :D

Oh, that's a good point. I never thought of that. I also like the headcannons of Hashirama being a slug sage like his granddaughter and Rock Lee being autistic and that's why he can't do jutsu's but can have good chakra control.
Ino becoming a housewife was sooooooooo lame. Also her relationship with Sai is kinda mid to me lol. Maybe that's because I think Sai is a mid character, but I would've liked their relationship to be more fleshed out.

I always thought that the Gai liniage was due to a virus made by Danzo as a way to counter certain shinobi. Like the guy WAS around since the Second Hokage, it wouldn't be surprising that he would try making a mess of others lives at a young age. ESPECIALLY when he wanted to test thing on certain people for no reason.
Always thought it was fine. Would've liked it if Ino was the one doing all the work and Sai was the one as a household husband. The guy saw lots of...stuff, why not have him enjoy domestic life?
Oh and funny enough....a dumb ship I find funny is Naruko x Sai, for no other reason then it would make the comedy funny.
Another head canon that is...weird is Ayame being the older sister of Naruto and, this is where the headcanon comes into play, is a Senju that escape the clan's near extinction by keeping their line hidden.
Anko the Mom timeline- A timeline where Kushina was unable to produce eggs and as a result, needed....some artificially placed in her womb, and at the time Orochimaru would hear about it and put Anko’s eggs into the intended procedure out of spite. Weirdly, the process worked and Naruto HAD Anko’s DNA, along with Uzumaki/Namikaze DNA as well. Anko wouldn’t find out about this until YEARS later and when she learned this...she is rightfully pissed off at her former sensei AND the Hokage for how allowing her to KEEP Naruto, so she stole the boy from the apartment, told him the story and...they start a parent/son relationship....which is weirdly fulfilling for both sides. The _ organization has yet to find this timeline as it's a new one right now.
Shikamaru Harem timeline- A timeline where for some weird WEIRD reason, Shikamaru gained a harem....of all the girls that he either befriended or fought against in the past. The _ organization has not visited this timeline...but it IS a potential place to investigate.
NarYuya Ship timeline- A timeline where Naruto x Tayuya is canon. This happened because, when Naruto was in the Sasuke Retrieval mission, instead of going after the intended target, he went after Tayuyu instead due to HER taking the container instead of her leader. This led to them getting into a battle that only ended when Naruto blurted out that ‘she might have beautiful red hair but he’s NOT going to let that stop him from kicking her ass’...which actually made the Sound ninja stop in her tracks and asked him to repeat that. Turns out, she grew up on stories about the Fourth Hokage and how he married a ‘long haired Uzumaki with red hair’ and she wanted SOMEONE to notice her hair for once....and Naruto did the same thing as in the stories. Thus, she willingly turned herself in and gave him the container as a sign of good faith....and as a marriage gift. Over time, the two WOULD get to know each other more and weirdly....act like Kushina and Minato 2.0 going forwards....although for Sasuke, he kinda was forced to become a civilian for his crimes. The _ organization has yet to visit this timeline.
[Strangely, Tayaya kinda revealed that Naruto’s parents met this way by accident, although neither knew the truth until YEARS later. Kakashi, when he heard the story, just laughed and walked away (knowing the truth but wanting to troll them a little).]
Naruto’s Long Haired Harem timeline- A timeline where Naruto has his father’s ‘fetish’ for girls with long hair...causing him to fall for ANY GIRL with long hair. As a result of this, some VERY obscure Konoha laws and him being a hero, he gained a harem of girls that have long hair, be it shinobi, civilians or otherwise. This timeline has not been visited by the _ organization yet.

NaruKuro Ship timeline- A timeline where Naruto x Kurotsuchi are canon. This is due to....one of the strangest things ever seen in the Narutoverse. Minato, having defeated Iwa during the Third Shinobi War, decided to have a secret deal with the Iwakage. In exchange for no more hostilities between the two villages, he would offer a formal alliance between the Namikaze and Kamizuru clans via arranged marriage between the Third Iwakage’s daughter or granddaughter and Minato’s son. This would be a known secret except to the Hokage and Iwakage....although due to the Kyuubi attack, it took a while for Iwa to send scouts to FIND the boy, only to learn of Konoha’s treatment of the boy and they dragged him to Iwa, where he met his betrothed and well....they had similar personalities at that point. Overall, Iwa in this timeline became stronger and a little MORE vengeful over Konoha’s attempts at killing the boy, before AND after he was sent away. The _ organization has deemed the Konoha of that timeline as ‘unexceptable’ and has dragged some of the good citizens out of that village before helping Iwa destroy that village.
Naruto x Akari Tatsushiro timeline- A timeline where Naruto didn’t lose the Dragon Blade and Akari....never lost her dragonic features. Due to this, she couldn’t find a way to live a normal life, so Naruto decided to let her stay with him, where they slowly fell in love with each other as Naruto became known as the Dragon of Konoha due to using the Dragon Orbs in tangent with his Rasengan to make jutsus more deadly than anything in canon. Strangely, the Fourth Shinobi War doesn’t start until Naruto BECOMES the Sixth Hokage....which only happens in about ten years from now. The _ organization is monitoring this timeline and is looking for any abnormalities in the timeline, as they suspect the reason why the Fourth Shinobi War didn’t happen yet was due to outside influences.
MinaKushKo Ship timeline- A timeline where Anko, after hearing that Minato and Kushina were dating, decided to join as well....at first for lols and then because of feeling love for the first time in her life. As a result, Minato became the FIRST Hokage with two wives, which had some controversy but nothing TOO insane. Weirdly enough, thanks to Anko’s ‘training’ of Team 7, Obito grew MUCH stronger in this timeline and was able to escape his destined death. The _ organization, weirdly enough, was sent a mission list BY Minato to eliminate the growing threat of _, due to Madara deciding to find someone else to take up his mantle and that person being....WAY less subtle about it.
NarHinShion Ship timeline- A timeline where Naruto x Hinata x Shion is canon. This is because unlike most timelines, Shion did something....weird. She learned how to use ninjutsu in secret due to wanting to feel like she can change fate, and she also hired the future Akatsuki member Kakuzu as her instructor (after offering him a vast amount of wealth aka a single bar of gold worth millions.). Due to this, she pretty much became able to defend herself and was on par with a chunin, but had to keep it secret so no one would learn of her actions. It wasn’t until Naruto helped her stop Moyro that she revealed she was taught by a ninja in the past and offered her past information on Kakuzu in exchange for one thing....Naruto’s hand in marriage. Needless to say, Hinata confessed her feelings on the spot in a rage, the two girls fought for a while and they decided to share him...much to Naruto’s utter shock. The _ organization is considering investigating the timeline for recruitment.

Oh, wow. Some of these are interesting lol and pretty well thought out. I'm surprised you haven't written more about these on your profile. Are you going to make all of these individual stories or just mention them in your main SCP story? Kind of like Into the Spiderverse.
They will be chapters. Might make them oneshots...but I have a tendancy to get side tracked on other stuff. I MIGHT get them started but currently working on a story right now. Plus I get TOO detailed sometimes and...sometimes just forget to START a story without being perfect. Been getting out of that mindset though.
Naruto’s Sound Harem timeline- A timeline where Naruto had a strange...fascination with music and, upon finding a flute one day, learned he can use the instrument to help him focus any genjutsu he uses....although for some reason the flute itself has a strange frequency that only those with a VERY keen ear can pick up. Once that happens....they WILL fall in love with the holder of the flute itself....and unfortunately for Naruto, no one in Konoha sans Hinata enjoys the music....but those from Oto COULD and the kunoichi that heard him....well, fell for him on the spot. Due to this, Naruto....accidentally gained a harem of Oto ninjas....all of them hostile to anyone sans Naruto. The _ organization is fascinated by the flute and thinks it's from another reality’s Tayaya that got lost in this timeline by either mistake or on purpose.
Yeah, I understand that feeling. I just make my stories as could as I feel they can be and then upload them. I know I'm not going to please everyone anyhow. P.S. it would be funny if the main characters of the SCP story made a comment about how many harem universe's there are lol.

Tsunade Adopts Naruto timeline- A timeline where upon learning that Naruto was being evicted from his apartment for no other reason then just petty hate, Tsunade decided to formally adopt the boy as her son, having grown attached to him more than just a simple genin and Hokage relationship. As a result, Naruto would come to live with his new stepmom....and the dynamic would remain the same...but more close knit. When Danzo would TRY to become the next representative Hokage, Tsunade would instead have Naruto, her SON, be the representative instead as she trusts him over ‘old bags of wind’. This leads to a VERY different Kage Summit where Naruto, now knowing he’s the Fourths kid and that Sasuke is looking for Danzo, would offer him a deal. Assassinate Danzo in exchange for a formal pardon of Itachi for all his undercover crimes...which surprisingly worked as Obito lost an important pawn and when the Fourth Shinobi War was about to start....the _ organization would aid the Shinobi Alliance and help end the war WAY quicker.
Sarada...is Naruto’s Girlfriend timeline- A timeline where Sarada, by complete accident, was sent back in time by the SAME Time Slip event as Bourto, but instead of after Sasuke’s betrayal, she went ALL the way back to when Naruto was just getting into Team 7. Naruto, upon seeing the Uchiha, kinda fell for her and asked if they would hang out, which leads to Sarada realizing she ACCIDENTALLY screwed up the timeline, not realizing that she traveled to a separate alternative timeline’s past instead of her own past. Needless to say....Sarada is absolutely confused and trying to NOT fall for him, which only works against her. The _ organization has no idea this timeline exists yet.
A world where Sarada accidentally traveled back in time and...well, made Naruto think she’s HIS girlfriend by mistake.
Yeah. Sasuke is in canon...thinks Hinata is weird. So timelines like that would confuse him greatly.
And funny, the SCP main ship is NarSakuSas with a hint of Hina and a few others. It's a slow burn thing.
MinaKush Alive! timeline- A timeline where Minato and Kushina were able to survive the Kyuubi Attack due to three strange things. One, someone ELSE used the Death Reaper Seal instead of Minato, that being Sarutobi, who wanted to end his life as a hero, not a fool that allowed his team to fall to darkness. Two, Kushina’s seal managed to seal the excess chakra from the Kyuubi and that allowed her to heal from her injuries. And three, a mysterious figure named Renege Momoashi appeared during the attack and helped kill Obito Uchiha before he started any MORE trouble, only to vanish a while later. Due to these changes, the MinaKush couple were able to raise Naruto without worrying for his safety, leading to a much happier timeline compared to canon...although no one knew who the mysterious ninja known as Renege Momoashi is...well, not to anyone in that timeline as ‘Renege Momoashi’ is really Sasuke Uchiha from the _ organization timeline, who wanted to....help give Naruto a happy life in another world (that and figure out his feelings for said guy along with his own feelings for Sakura).
