Nice, new update on some peak Hollywood madness, and again nice to see these promo arts in the chapters proper sets the mood right.
Isaac sleeping like a bat is oddly amusing but it is nice he asked permission if Clover was cool with it first, consent to the weirdness I can stan. But the real story is Reagan showing some of her attraction to Isaac nice to see the seeds of this ship gain ground but damn that heavy topic of Clover having a stillborn sister she is clueless of, poor thing IS too pure love Reagan's reaction to that news and I do enjoy the chat with the two though Clover catching Reagan hiding a name is interesting.
Get to meet a new side to Bray in Huskas, again do like the sort of Mike-vibes he has of course hopefully with no Mal or reset buttons. Do like Bray going into his peronas as it were and how supportive Clover is, but it is clear there is an element of mystery with this condition as Bray seems confused poor guy. Mia and Lucas with a nice talk, do feel for Lucas being so scared but as Mia points out they are harmless in spite of their quirks he just needs to try to give them a chance.
Mia is cutthroat but you know reasonable about it, targeting Buu for game-threat reasons not just cause she is weird which I appreciate. Plus we get some nice backstory and career motive details for the both of them again fleshing out this cast nice and early which is always welcomed. Mia using Alexa to set up targets she is here to play but again Alexa is always a joy and get more about her with her dad being a paramedic and helping Mia which is sweet.
I do like the irony of Alexa thinking she is hitting it off with Lucas, but just missing the cues he is uncomfortable. Isaac's advice is a double edge sword, but do like Lucas is starting to get Alexa doesn't mean harm just there is this level of miscommunication in the air and walking Lily complicates things. Mia with an ideal final 3 already can see why she'd peg Isaac as an easy beat on the surface given his unique sense of mind. Mia's planning thwarted by Isaac's low attention span was quite amusing lmao
Nice of Reagan to comfort Issac putting too much pressure on himself from the first challenge loss. In general some nice character bits with her and Issac, as well as Mia and her and the confessionals of both Issac and Reagan were great even borrow the iconic "give me the tape!" from Total Drama lol. Got some cute Nate/Lexi bonding, but do appreciate the advice if Fiore can find her strengths so can Lexi is is inspiring words. Damn though Benji catching strays lol
Buu is such a loveable and endearing soul, and far as Lexi's worry think "unique" might fit Bray. Also Buu showing concern and a possible crush on Bray with his frantic personas is a fun development as seems Buu knows his condition and now a new plot opens. Alice with some alone time and Barry being a verb is funny, but nice to hear her perspective on her current team especially about Cooper as both of them are super cute and another sweet ship gaining steam. Though now Ivo has a new target, oh some trouble in paradise.
Caroline's correction of "we're" vs. "you are" looking for the idol is cute, and nice! Get some movement and even a catch from Colin adds credibility that it is his idea not just Caroline dragging him around. Do like this personal item rule I guess you took that from the recent sea challenge in COC and Brandon has a nice synergy with the twins as this duo continues to be a highlight. Nice info with their career and Colin's groan it is like he is leveling up soon he'll say words and able to pose as Ivo is pretty fun non-verbal communication.
Charlotte and Sorcha now bonding and that blush, makes me wonder if this is our F/F couple of the season but do like diving into Sorcha's work tendencies draining the fun out of her and hey she confirms my sus on confessional so nice nice! They do have cute chemistry so hopefully Charlotte swings that way and that get a tape gag love it lmao. Charlotte getting a read on the cast but missing who Sorcha is crushing on is amusing and Kenny and do like the girls giving advice on Kenny nervous of blowing his jokes, is again an endearing aspect to things not just a gag.
Joey giving advice to Amanda and like you take her OCD and tie it to qualities of a leader to extend on Doug's words is a fun empowering connection. Empowering confessional for Amanda taking a first step to show Doug and herself what she can do, and like the on-set locations for the confessionals here and it seems Charlotte's aura reading got Joey paranoid about this alliance of his with Mia does add a fun intrigue, gives me Dawn and Scott vibes to a degree only Joey is way nicer than Scott.
Everyone guessing the movie is just your excuse to work in your sci-fi trivia knowledge isn't it? XD but it is a fun bit but the main tell beyond challenge info is idol is hidden in the lots, just not this specific one but like the simple nature of the challenge and added trap element to give an alternate win con. Do like how you split up people for this, getting some fresh dynamics as you are doing really well to mix and match many people as you can so there is connections with most of members of teams to multiple people which I appreciate.
Poor Mia getting slimed first, but pretty sure she won't be the only one on her team. Colin with the MVP moment to get their item and like Caroline diving into his shy side of why he is struggling to talk but being so proud of him, was a nice sibling moment. Nice to see the guests Nate has had on his show I am so gonna do a One Shot request of one of those shows sounds fun. Brandon and Ivo do balance each other, with Brandon using emotional intelligence to get across pissing Alice off would hurt the alliance if they targeted Cooper.
Clover and Issac are just such positive vibes, having so much fun even as they are washed with slime fills my soul. Least Kenny is getting Amanda to laugh a bit I call that progress but love Amanda pushing through her worries for the sake of taking the game harder, for Doug even grabbing the slimed boys to save them lot of progress for her today I am quite proud. Think you called Lucas Joey in the intro to Lucas/Alexa's scene so heads up just in case.
Poor Lucas he is going through it with Alexa, I hope he can get his head sorted even if Alexa does not make it easy sometimes cause they are quite amusing/cute in this dynamic. Gacy in the house do like how the team picks up more on who is who getting more familiar with the faces and poor Cooper he'll get a chance to redeem himself, if he is not voted off should his team lose of course. Sure they got caught blocked on the kiss but Charlotte admitting on confessional it would've been nice means the ship is still able to sail one day!
Damn that whole climax was intense! The misdirection, the Buu bomb rush and it all was well chaotic to be kind, but Pink wins again and I am happy for them but hopefully Mint can win next time as I do not want a big losing streak for those guys in this. But damn things got explosive with Lucas but more especially Regan snapping do like the build up to her rage and this creates a lot of tension now going forward I hope Issac and her can work through.
Okay Anastasia had like ONE moment with Ivy's shoulder which was bad but she was a net positive to her teams in challenges so minor slander. But do like Nate/Lexi weighing the options for the vote same for Mia and Lucas, though it seems Mia may have her own plan again my scared mess might be taken advantage of. Reagan trying to clear the air and damn I like everyone at this point I kinda don't want to see any of them leave TBH. The weird trio seem to be cooked but it seems Buu has an idea and Alexa is concerned, I am very curious where this vote ends up going.
I have to admit that caught me by surprise, at first I wondered why Buu got the votes over Bray but, her sacrificing herself to save Bray was a nice and touching gesture. That and her revealing to Bray his condition, yeah it would've been cruel to boot him while he was still confused about it so sad as I am Buu is gone it works better in the long run and she was a highlight her stay here and glad she left on good terms with her team. I hope Bray can figure this out and find peace with his personalities new goal gotta make Buu proud.
Damn that whole post credit scene was NUTS! Amanda encouraging Sorcha to explore her feelings, the confession with Charlotte the kiss. I so ship it! But now that they are a couple, they might be targets but still was quite the touching moment and liked the added comedy of Kenny being tackled over it.
You wonder how Eve, Issac's sister is able to understand any of his ticks, and unlike Barry, he doesn't have a troubled childhood to explain it. lol and Yes, the Clover sister reveal was meant to be dark, but plays into Clover being super adorable with her inocence, and Reagan right away seeing that Clover probably shouldn't be here. lol Fun fact, if you look up the name meaning, you see the name she choose to ignore saying!
Mia made a promise to Lucas, but him spazing out every time would get annoying to others at some point.
Mia is cold, but she's not a monster, Alexa is helping, she'll thank her, despite being a villain, her dad did teach her to show kindess to help like that.
Alexa could be labeld Autistic since she sucks at reading social cues, but it doesn't help some players don't say anything. lol
Just because someone name drops a character negitivly, doesn't mean I hate them, sometimes it's a game move, like Benji's idol wasn't good, but I adore Benji. lol
Buu is a ball of chaotic energy that reads the room sometimes. lol
It also shows Alice's indesiceness that she has, an important trait as the players go down to see those arcs open up.
Like I said, with Caroline doing a lot, it could come off as him not wanting to do stuff, this is to mkae sure you know they work on the same brain length with ideas. lol
Sorcha didn't find everything funny, but tried to help Kenny find something that makes him be more funny, because he's not trying to be a jerk with humor, and yes, the tape gag was used 3 times here. lol
And Charlotte doesn't know exactly what it is, she can read he's nervous about something, but not anything evil, yet anyway!
It helped make things flow better, and continue some arcs early on, and getting some humor in.
Ivo, like MIa, isn't a monster, in DC writing a monster isn't as fun (yul being an exception) but you can tell of the cast, those two are playing hard and mean.
Clover and Issac being the inocent/blivious group that just laughs at stuff was fun, and clearly the slime wasn't bad if her luck dind't stop it!

Alexa showing more emotions then just creepy smiling is important to. lol
Gacy usally being out around Amanda is clearly a tell on something! lol
Reagan's anger can make some sense of half of the team left ditched them for something that seemed wreckless, and who knows what Gacy was trying to do. lol But some of the team not even listeningmade it worse, and Issac trying to surrport her is adorable IMO
She also got aggresive with Lynda, which was the point, some players that act all angry or work off of quick anger lead to trouble, Lexi and Nate try and use brains, and with the 10, want to try and leave it up in the air on who would go.
Buu came in to mkae friends and have fun, and she did both of those things. And she went out her way, a slime suicide bomber!
A. The joke about SOrcha possibly having a crush on Clin only works because Amanda is worried, but Cooper being an adult, and considered to young before that tells you that's a joke.
B. The end joke was perfect because Amanda apolagized for the sudden tackle, knowing it was wrong, but seeing the two kiss made Amanda freak. lol
Not gonna react to all this but far as the two part joke thing goes.
A. Yeah it worked as humor, didn't pick up on anything off about it so it works well~
B. Yeah Amanda was not being just a jerk for it, she just acted on impulse seeing something so emotional and shocking and wanting to give them their moment. It is cute lol
Splendid chapter all around lot of highlights, Buu went out on a high note and yeah forgot but my next shoutout! "What would you say was your most memorable experience in your time in this game if you had to pick one moment?"
Well Lucas least takes ownership of that, and yeah so far Lucas is easy to understand he is not being a jerk or mean to Alexa as I said in the chapter review her energy and wild nature just makes her hard to read and he panics easy, but he is trying and we do know Alexa means well so it is all about clearing up communication.
Indeed glad she was supporitve and works in a more tasteful punchline lol
Good bullying is not that much fun and cooking feels like a fun one, eager to see what you come up with for them to make~
Also spoiling this now, the person Charlotte forsaw eating the slime was 100% Issac. that pica comes into place, and that's why they made the slime edible. lol
and the chance it headshots someone, and gets in their mouth, toxic slime with chemicals is a lawsuit waiting to happen!
and Lucas brining up Chucky's "Hide the soul." game and admiting to getting Alexa going there was his fault. lol
what makes Lucas work is you see him trying to not let every action get to him, but his mind goes before he thinks, but he isn't unlikable about it, since him getting snappy at Alexa's popping up is a normal response. lol
