   That is true, this reveal is a huge milestone for the fic. One can do so much more when the solver finally makes its grand appearance.

   I got that this chapter was supposed to reflect the intro to episode 2, I just wasn’t entirely sure which characters B and C swapped with here. They both seem like plausible swaps for either N or V, it was hard to really decide.

   I am excited for these upcoming evil things… and to stare down the most angsty moments of this fic without even flinching.

      And I'll be doing PLENTY of stuff with that going forward... We have to get all the fun Solver horror terrors and vampire transformations rolling!

      Okay, so, for the convenience of everyone reading this comment... Here's a little confirmation on who's who out of the manor crew. B represents J, D took V's role, C is N, and N is serving as the Solver Host in place of Cyn

      That being said... The roles aren't necessarily 1:1 to canon because we've already seen that B didn't bite the dust unlike J and it was implied in this chapter that D is the one that followed Tessa everywhere like manor J

      B's considered J because he's the squad leader but I did get a little creative with what exact roles everyone is playing in this fic by virtue of it running Slightly To The Left of canon. That'll play into things as we go through later arcs

         Yeah, I never thought of B as a J swap since he actually formed a bond with the worker drones first. I usually assume whoever is the first one to interact with a worker without killing them is the N swap.

         And D just felt more like J to me. Probably something about actually doing her job. Can’t exactly pin that one down.

         Slightly to the left may be a little bit of an understatement.

            Ehhhh, it might be a little bit of an understatement- I'm not super great at judging this kind of stuff

            Calling B the J of the group may not be super duper accurate either because the only thing that really makes him that is him being the squad leader, but I tend to say that D is V because of the roles she'll be filling in future arcs
