For sure. Tim sees Dick and Jason as so big and cool and old, but they’re still kiddos. This whole situation is definitely affecting the two of them a helluva lot more than they’re letting on.
It’s been really interesting to write a character who is the only one who knows what abuse actually happened while being the only one to not understand the actual implications of said abuse. Tim knows he was hurt, but he still doesn’t understand it. He doesn’t know that it was wrong, just that it happened. While everyone else is still trying to figure out the full extent of what Tim’s parents put him through.
Jason will be okay! Tim won’t know but Jason was definitely panicked to wake up and find him missing. Bruce for sure comforts him though, scents him and tucks him back into bed.
Ah thank you so much for mentioning that! I completely forgot bed pads existed. I will definitely need Alfred to buy one at some point soon. That would be way better than a towel lol
I do plan for Tim to get new clothes at some point. Probably.
