    I think there has been only one other BA fic that "shared" access to the Sanctum Tower with the GSC, and even then it was more that the GSC of that fic was granted a "mandate" over the tower with Rin being given basic-level access to the Chest for emergencies as a supplement, so really this fic is currently the only one I know of where there is (for better or worse) equality in sharing City Control.

    I just think that is really neat.
