Inko didn’t buy Izuku anything. She hated Izuku lmao.
The one little doll/plushie of Endeavor that Izuku had was something Katsuki got for his birthday and hadn’t wanted. He gave it to Izuku because Mitsuki wouldn’t let him throw it away.
Before Katsuki saw Izuku eat a rat, they were like… forced frenemies. Inko and Mitsuki/Masaru were friends in college and so when they had kids at the same they saw it as an opportunity to have their kids also be friends.
This isn’t super important but Mitsuki still asks Katsuki about Izuku sometimes. She cared about the kid.
