      i was hoping to really go for the pros and the cons of it all. on one hand, i think kent - even just by the small snippets were given in actual canon - had this amazing, life-altering, and just out and out fun career

      and is clearly in deep emotional pain and trauma

      and both of those things can very easily coexist in someone’s life. we literally see it happen all the time
