TBF, he's got part of the same problem that YQY has - there is one guy who knows damn near everything about him that he's kept secret from his martial siblings and that limits his possible secrets a lot. And given that the curse doesn't count secrets that everyone else strongly suspected but didn't get actual confirmation of as secrets (SQH sabotaging his rivals) that limits a lot of other revelations.
Confess *anything* about his childhood? YQY knows.
Confess about the Qiu? YQY sure as hell suspects (and has probably spent sleepless nights worrying about it). Would probably go with "I have never voluntarily had sex."
Confess the demonic cultivation? YQY knows and his martial siblings are going to judge him.
Confess his own self-loathing? Humiliating, his martial siblings are going to think it's justified, and I'd bet that MQF suspects.
He *might* be able to get around "The only man I would voluntarily be in the same room with is YQY", "I did not know how to play the guquin until I came to Qing Jing" or get away with something *really* personal like "I know that my brother didn't just *find* that toy he got for me when I was seven" but dang.
