    I had to go back to check the contraceptive they're using. I was worried Katniss has a higher chance to conceive since her period resumed. But I guess they want one, or has conflicted feelings about it now, given their circumstance.

    But can you just imagine if Katniss gets knocked up. The vindication of the people around them. Johanna would be a nightmare. But Katniss would spiral for sure. I dont think she can handle any surprises at this point. Or any point.

      i think i put it in chapter 2 if i remember correctly! peeta takes contraceptives instead of katniss bc this is the future so i can put that responsibility on him instead (now i just gotta wait for it to be a reality in our timeline too💔). i explain it through the dialogue. dw, this fic is def meant to focus on them, they def couldnt handle a baby atp😂
