I honestly thought Maddie was going to go full on Doug and leave Eddie for dead while taking Buck and then death by cop so kudos for throwing me completely off!
As soon as he said she stabbed him in the lung, I went “oh no, there goes his career as a firefighter.” But I love that you took his canon baking and had him find a love for that. (Maybe I’m biased because I love baker!Buck AUs and headcanon that’s what he’d do if he couldn’t be a firefighter anymore so you literally brought my headcanon to life lol.)
Is it weird that I imagined Chimney trying for sympathy from prison with his own AITA post? If Buck hadn’t done his own update I’d say Chimney would try for “AITA for breaking up with my girlfriend over her family drama” only for the internet to do it’s thing and have people make the connection then call him out all “you’ve always been an asshole, dude. First you bully her brother from the start, then you encourage her crazy instead of getting her help, help her stalk him, then dump her for the drama you helped cause.” Hell maybe he used his designated online time in prison to do this and left out the arrest hoping to make himself look better.
Sorry! I didn’t mean to ramble but I tend to do that. This series was one wild ride and I enjoyed the hell out of it! Looking forward to your other series!
