Oh those boys... What a cool, well written story - the way Sam slowly adjusted to his own mind's construct, even though his logical brain knows it's not real and understands how much he needs it, until it becomes his new normal; and then the real Dean coming back and realising what's happened... It just makes the heart hurt in the most delicious way, just like the show did first time round, but with an added dimension. Clever and moving all at once. Bravo!
