Summary
As children, Castiel and Dean were the best of friends and spent all their time playing together. As young men they fell in love, before their relationship being discovered caused a scandal.
Years later, Castiel is content with his stable, unmarried life as his aunt’s companion in London. Castiel’s world is shaken, when his close friend Miss Bradbury, unaware of his past, mentions making the acquaintance of Captain Dean Winchester who has only recently returned to England. Giving love a second chance is tempting, but it could also mean facing another scandal or, even worse, break Castiel’s heart again.
