Summary
When Obi-wan doesn’t follow Padmé to Mustafar, she’s able to convince Anakin to run away from everything with her. But this doesn't prevent his nightmares from coming true, and he's left alone in a hostile galaxy with the infants she begged him to protect.
“Master Anakin,” Threepio says, still hovering in the doorway. “Might I suggest bouncing the children?”
Anakin stops pacing around with the twins, head swiveling to look at Threepio. He doesn’t have to ask what the fuck Threepio is talking about; Artoo does it for him.
Threepio seems to draw himself up as straight as he can. “I have conducted extensive research on the subject of human childrearing in anticipation of Mistress Padmé giving birth. Holding an infant and gently bouncing them in the parent’s arms is thought to be an excellent calming method.”
“Oh,” Anakin says. “I thought you meant… bouncing them on the floor or something.”

Summary
“Well now I have nothing to bet with,” Will said, gesturing to his own naked body. He reached for his cup again -- he’d lost count of how many this was, but the barrel they’d been drinking from was significantly lighter than when they’d started.
“Don’t sell yourself short, Marigold.” Lymond looked him up and down pointedly.
Will stopped, cup still resting against his lips. He lowered it.
“I’m sure you can think of something to offer,” Lymond continued.
--
Or, Lymond and Will get trapped in the Midculter cellar and decide to get drunk and play cards.

Summary
Damianos bows and then says, “Auguste!” before pulling Auguste into a back-slapping hug. When he gets to Laurent he gives a short bow, eyes not leaving Laurent’s face. “Laurent,” he says. His accent is perfect.
“No hug for me?” Laurent says.
Damianos takes his hand and pulls him forward. There’s no back-slapping, and it’s just Laurent’s imagination that Damianos holds on for a bit longer than appropriate.
When he steps back, Laurent gestures to Justine. “My fiancée, Justine of Patras.”
She curtsies. Damianos kisses her hand.

Summary
Charles Xavier meets Erik Lehnsherr on a beach in Israel.
“There’s a bit in X1, I think, where you say to Wolverine that you met a young man, Erik Lehnsherr, and don’t you say you met him in Israel? I think you say you met him in the 60s in Israel. Where of course in First Class we don’t meet in Israel, we meet in… I don’t remember where we meet, we meet off the coast of America or somewhere like that, on a yacht. But I always had this--Michael and I always had this vision of young Charles and young Erik meeting each other on the beach in Tel Aviv, both wearing Speedos… That would have been awesome.”

Summary
"You can't talk to strangers," Mom tells him. Her knuckles are white from gripping the steering wheel so hard. "I've told you before. You can't do that."
She never said that, actually. Spencer talks to strangers all the time. Adults are easier to talk to than other children because they usually understand what he's talking about. Adults think he's bright and precocious. Other kids just think he's weird.

Summary
“Keep an eye on your brother,” his mother had said, before leaving.
“Not on Eloise?” Richard had asked.
Sybilla had given him a level look. “She’s less likely to need watching.”
Which was true enough. Of his younger siblings, five-year-old Francis was the one who was forever getting into places and things he shouldn’t. Eloise toddled along after him into the same trouble, but was hardly old enough to instigate any of it herself.
(Now with a part 2!)
