Beef doesn't realise he got lost in his thoughts again until hes brought out of them by a poke in his side by Etho’s elbow.
"You alright?"
Beef offers a small forced smile as he tries to think of what to say, Etho’s brow furrows and Beef can imagine he's frowning beneath the mask.
He drops the smile and stares into his mug, running his finger back and forth over the rim.
"I think I'm broken."

Beef is quiet for a bit, thumb rubbing over the top of the handle of the mug he's still holding.
