Thavius has a name, a place, and a task: Watch over the souls in the Shadowfell to make sure they reach their destination. Until one day, a soul cannot follow its call, and Thavius gets sent on a quest to bring it to the place it belongs. That quest, however, turns out to be harder to fulfil than anticipated, as Thavius is now searching for guidance himself.
