Summary
A rogue Dalek, in an attempt to end the war between the Doctor and his people, hits the Doctor with a beam meant to alter his psyche and make him more like a Dalek! It doesn’t work very well.
Instead, it ends up amplifying his Time Lord biology. Extradimensional limbs and whatnot; and according to scans, they don’t seem like they’ll be going away anytime soon. Thus, the Doctor and Co. are going to have to get back to life as usual with the addition of some of the Doctor’s more unusual aspects. But first, Fitz and the Doctor are going to have to navigate one of the more dangerous places in the cosmos: the Doctor's mind.
....................Fitz wasn’t sure exactly where they were, having been unconscious for most of the trip. He was pretty sure it was some kind of ancient church, but last he heard of it, churches didn’t usually have giant fire pits in the middle and manacles stuck to the walls. Cult church? Yeah. Cult church. With a Dalek. Huzzah.

Summary
Fitz finds himself wrestling with his newly realized crush on the Doctor. Unfortunately, the reality of time travel means that he doesn’t have a lot of time to deal with these feelings what with all the… pirates. And pitchforks. And other stuff. The Doctor , however, is of the opinion that there’s no time like the present for attempted wooing, life-threatening scenario or not.
…………………………
“You know, it’s an interesting fact, that Time Lords have many specialized senses that humans just don’t have,” the Doctor said, pointing his fork at Fitz, “including the capacity to detect chemical compounds at an extremely minute level.”
Fitz wasn’t sure he liked where this was going. “So,” the Doctor continued, pushing his plate to the side, and gazing at Fitz in an alarmingly anticipatory way. “If you wish to know whether or not you really do have a nutritional deficiency… shall we check?”
