Hans was indeed unable to suppress his Alpha impulses. Instinct compelled him to growl softly, exuding the burnt scent of smouldering dry wood, but Henry only laughed, completely unfazed. Henry's utter composure instantly shattered Hans' pride. He was stunned, his cheeks burning with shame, his Alpha's proud intimidation seemingly trampled, by the Beta before him, a defenceless pregnant man at that.
Hans was suddenly overcome by a searing lust.
