    I listened to Girls Just Want To Have Fun and this idea came to me- I wrote it one night and finished the entire thing by noon the next day.

    Catra was found and taken into a Horde ran orphanage the night after the Grayskull assination. Growing up she bounced between living on the street and staying with her friend Glimmer, the princess of Bright Moon, whose life was so different than hers. After a rough year she thought she finally was getting what she wanted, but will getting to know Adora cause her to change the definition of what that is?

    Glimmer grew up traveling to the Fright Zone and the Whispering Woods plenty of time with her mother for political meetings. A year ago she confessed her love to Bow and made the journey in secret with her mom. Now her mom is dead and she's stranded unable to leave without fulfilling a promise to her mom. Her greatest desire is to go back yet she wonders with everything that has already changed in a year will things ever be the same as they were before?
