The Guardians are an organization dealing in dream espionage, and Patch has conflicting feelings towards his coworker-slash-rival Cheat. They unfortunately have very good chemistry, and Patch figures there's no better place to take out your frustrations of an annoying coworker than in your dream.

Tommy gets paid to go into people’s dreams and retrieve objects and information on people. Which seems easy enough, but he has to sleep to do this. Through “mind space” he can do this.
He’s just got his most difficult client yet too.
But what safety net does he have? Does he even have one? And why does he always hear piano?(Was originally wrote to be a soft horror, because of of the aspects of being trapped somewhere almost like the backrooms.) Not accurate to the film, only based of it.
