Before you is a map of the Nine, over which Asgard has ruled since Auðumbla licked Búri from the salt and rime of Ginnungagap. The Norns did not bestow such power upon our people lightly, and each would-be king of Asgard must prove himself worthy.
“The heir is to complete nine tasks, one for each of the Nine Realms, and in doing so prove his worth.” Odin took the parchment in hand, turning it between his fingers for a moment before he continued. “Before I present you with your tasks, know this: the konungsskapari is not to be undertaken lightly. The quest is not designed to bring glory; rather, it is to shape the heir into the king both Asgard and the Nine are in need of. Once you leave, there is to be no turning back. You may move freely between the other realms, but you will not be granted passage back to Asgard until it is time for the final task.”

We won’t be taking a chance on Loki, he will join us.” Angrboda held up a scrap of black fur, black and white hair, and a shimmering scale. “The children Odin stole, in his vain attempt to thwart destiny, are shared between us. Once he learns of how Odin hid and tortured them, he will be furious, and I will be there to shape his fury into a dagger- to strike the heart of the tyrant, ensuring the prosperity of all of us,"
However, some family matters can't be left behind. And Loki's kids and their cousins don't plan to.

Esto esta basado en el libro de Genevieve Gornichec llamado en español "El corazón de la Bruja".
(Puede que tengan que leerlo para entender algunas cosas)
Resumen rapido. Loki conoce a Angrboda antes de todo lo que ya conocemos de mitologia; solo que esto esta contado desde el punto de vista de la Völva.
Loki no tiene buena relacion con Sigyn, y ama mucho a Angrboda pero su dilema de aceptación lo hace cometer muchos, MUCHOS errores.
Recomiendo leer el libro se puede encontra gratis en pdf.
