What he was actually annoyed with was Loki's mind of all things. It was obvious his mind was being influenced, Tony would know. He could probably fight off that influence with his own abilities, but that would make him suspicious. Yet if he doesn't, then the world might just end. So, should he reveal himself, or should he risk the world to keep his identity a secret? It was a question on morality at this point, and one he didn't have much time to answer.
