Summary
This is an Asari Empire Mirror Verse story originally written for the Mass Effect kinkmeme written in multiple parts. Part One deals with the Unification of Thessia.
The Prothean Archive left in an underground bunker on Thessia activates under it's failsafe programming. The Prothean's have not returned to Thessia; the Empire's last desperate plan, sending millions of Protheans into cryogenic sleep in hidden bunkers to wait for the Reapers to leave, has evidently failed. The VI's failsafe programming directs it to contact the descendants of the 'Followers of Athame', who should still worship their Goddess, and continue the uplift project begun ten thousand years earlier.
The VI's first goal for the uplift project is the unification of Thessia under one central government.

Summary
Shepard calls on her biotics and rips the slaver's visors off before jamming their comms. She crushes all but one of the visors under her boots, kicking the last one into a corner. Then she aims low and puts one shotgun round into whatever their species has for an abdomen. Let them bleed. Let them crawl towards that comm, dragging their raping, slaving, murdering guts along the ground.
Collins coughs.
"Damn. As a cop, feel like I should arrest you."
"Collins! Hey. Hey! Stay with me, hear?"
His hair is matted with blood. Most of it batarian, greasy and red-orange. His ballistic jacket is shredded and the used-up bucket of a helmet she grabbed from the armory is all that's keeping the left side of his face in, from the look of it.
He grabs her wrist and squeezes hard.
"You get that squawker on?"
He wants to know what any soldier would want to know. Was it worth it?
"Sure did," she sniffs.
"Good. You take care of that little gi-"
Fuck.
She flicks her comms back on.
"Amani, Harry's gone."
"Amani?"
All she gets back across the channel is silence.

“Colonel?”
She turns and faces him, ready to defend her actions if necessary. But instead, he salutes, and the rest of the men follow suit.
“Godspeed, ma'am.”
She smiles, returning the salute.
She releases the pressure seal on the latch.
She opens it.
A fairly heavily AU (pre-)Reaper War fic where the asari made contact with humanity in the late 21st century, after a classified military spaceflight test goes awry. But it's really a story about CPTSD, self-acceptance, and breaking down the walls we put up between ourselves and others to keep us safe and hidden. And also smut.
A lot of the trans/dysphoria stuff comes from my own experiences as a trans woman. Writing about it is kind of cathartic for me. Also there's a transmasc asari.

Summary
So, this is a somewhat AU, but *mostly* canon-compliant (with a few glaring exceptions like 'Benezia lives'... unless I choose do something REALLY unexpected – sometimes my writing takes me somewhere I'd never originally intended to go) retelling of the war against the Reapers and their agents from the perspective of Liara and Shepard's blossoming love story. Shepard is a Project Valkyrie veteran like Cora Harper was in Andromeda, and there will for sure be a few OCs scattered here and there. It begins in Mass Effect 1 and will most likely continue through 2 and 3, but in separate fics. The in-universe lore, especially the parts around asari biology and culture, borrows heavily from the Mass Effect fanon universe established by alephthirteen (https://archiveofourown.info/users/alephthirteen). I am indebted to them for their creation of a rich and highly detailed background for the asari, and for partially inspiring me to write something of my own. Other sources include Daia's Asari Wiki, naturally.

Summary
Just a collection of outtakes, a series of small vignettes from the evening of – and the morning after – Mira's Ascension ceremony. These scenes were originally going to be in Chapter 8 of Reflections on the Razor's Edge, but I decided against it because that chapter was already long enough!
Takes place within the Miraverse continuity.

Summary
An exercise in worldbuilding: an in-universe Mass Effect style codex of terms, events, and concepts, all unique to the Miraverse – and in no particular order.
IMPORTANT: I will be updating chapters with additional information as it comes up or as I think of it. As such, any *major* spoilers for the Miraverse main storyline will be [TEMPORARILY REDACTED] until such time as I include them in other Miraverse fics.
I've wanted to do this for a while now, and I might as well start while I'm waiting for inspiration for my other fics to strike. I hope it provides some insightful context and background reading within the universe and timeline that I've created. Enjoy!

Summary
It is 2166CE when Voice-Dalatrass Tschastarissi finally dies, rearing the Salarian Union awake from the passive slumber of her decades-old regime. But while the iron-willed dalatrass Linron plots her route to power with the aid of a reluctant turian diplomat assisting from the shadows, her daughter Jurlan loses herself to the past, uncovering dormant truths that may better stay untouched —and several stars away, two asari sisters pressured by money and haunted by false-starts must decide whether to let their ambition threaten far more than their lives alone.
This is a story about the empires that cling on.

Summary
Kin-slayer. Ash-child.
Kruva did not choose to be born again, especially as an alien. It took a while to realize where and how she was. By the time she did, the fact that she was living in some reality that had been merely fiction became a distant memory. There is only one thing she knows for certain: that the reapers are coming, and she refuses for it to take her family down with her. Because even though she was asari, it did not change the fact that her other mother was krogan, and nothing was going to stop her from doing whatever she could to protect the people she loved the most.
