Summary
Molly was in there and she was going to turn Lucien inside out to get him back if she had to, but there was nothing wrong with a contingency plan and there was nothing wrong with being nice to Lucien even if he was an asshole. Essek had been an asshole. Artagan came off as an asshole to other people. The Gentleman was, well, he wasn’t great overall.
This was just one more heart she could tame.
Because no, she really hadn’t been wrong.
She wouldn’t be wrong this time either.
