Camila gently turned Luz to look at her. "Yes. You could make more friends. Willow and Gus are... supportive, but they aren't your only options. You wouldn't need to cause trouble anymore, and you would be happy. Look at Ada. She stopped."
Luz looked past her mother and saw Ada comb dozens of stolen snacks from her long ponytail. She must have shoved them into her knotted locks and hoped none of them fell out when they visited the store. The hazel-eyed woman gave her a thumbs up and then pulled out a pack of Monster Collector cards from her bosom.
"Oh yeah, she is an upstanding member of society." Luz snarked, watching as Ada drew the worst deck from a pack she has ever seen.
Camila closed her eyes, knowing her wife probably did something that went against her message. "Ella es mi encantadora idiota. Anyway, you should strive for more. I know you can achieve anything."

He was the first one to stick up for him, though he was sure at the time he was just sticking up for Stolas. He noticed his passion, his hatred for that bitch Andrealphus, His fiery attitude, but really, why would Blitz care too much when his life was on the line? When he thought he was going to die? He had no idea he was going to fall for the red bird so quickly.
What is he supposed to do when he's pretty sure Vassago wants nothing to do with him? All he knows how to do is get angry. How the hell was he supposed to know Vassago wanted him too?
