Summary
Midoriya Izumi hadn't thought much of leaving home behind. Really, it wasn't much. After five years of being officially missing, her plan was pretty simple, coming back, becoming a hero and dealing with a new life that when she looked back at it, was way way easier.
That seemed like such a good plan.
Uh.Or:
Izumi Midoriya comes back to society, discovers how she screwed up and has all the fluff and angst that she deserves. And inspires future villains. But that's a detail.
Random criminal organization that has somehow impact on the plot? Check. Slowly developping affinity between All Might and Izumi? Dad Might confirmed. Strange quirk that has an absolute valid reason on being the way it is? Triple check. (for triple reasons)
