Summary
Because even in Gotham a lot of people wouldn't try to beat up a kid, even if said kid was dressing up like a traffic light and taking out bad guys with absurd amounts of training.
Otherwise known as the fic where thugs have hearts and help out the various batkids over the years, because most people don't look at thirteen year olds and ten year olds and whatever year olds and want to kill them, even if their boss does.
