Summary
The city of Gair, known for its wealth of knowledge and exotic foreigners has some new visitors hailing from a land beyond their tides. Wilhelm van Dieman, a nobleman from the Kingdom of Bannum has been sent to normalize relations with those on the continent of Dunia. Though unfortunately he has found himself entering the land during a time of dire political straits, and with the help of his cousin, Count Alexander, must balance between gaining political favor and making promises they cannot keep.
This story is in the format of a series of letters between Wilhelm and Alexander. There is Latin used within the letters and translations are provided at the end of every chapter.
