Kol Mikaelson was dead.
Rephrasing that, he had been murdered, by the doppelgänger Elena and her brat of a little brother. Together they incapacitated him with a sink hose from all things, burning him with vervain water and then stabbed the White Oak Stake through his chest, piercing his heart, leaving the Original dead for good. Until he no longer was. After answering the call from one that he thought was lost forever a long time ago, he was brought back to the land of the living with a raw and dark type of magic he had never even heard of and believed it was impossible by the lost one himself. After that, between dealing with the ressurgence of Silas and destroying the Other Side, Kol also had to dive in his own lost past to relearn about people and feelings he buried deep inside himself to be forgotten, believing it had been taked away from him a thousand years ago. An untold story about the first vampire he ever turned, the one that marked the beggining of his sireline alongside a whole new species of hybrids, the story about the first Heretic who could also have been his first love.
