Summary
On the heels of traumatic setback, the Resistance needs new focus and direction if they are to survive at all. Inspiration comes from a very unlikely source: a wounded half-demon claiming to formerly serve the Black Mage. A powerful ally may be just what the doctor ordered, as the world seems to be in great hurry to complicate itself, and the youngest and most vulnerable members of the Resistance are right on the front lines.
But making friends never goes completely smoothly.
