It was over in an instant.
Before Bonnie could even blink.
The King attacked, and.....
Everyone was dead.
After the party's first encounter with The King, time doesn't loop back. Bonnie, the sole survivor, runs out of the House in a panic to find that everything else has already been frozen in time... everything, except a weird not-sadness star person.
Loop doesn't know what they're doing- time should've looped back by now- but until it does, they're going to help The Kid and get them outside of Vaugarde, beyond the reach of frozen time.

Suddenly, the control over your body is not so impossible. It takes all of your strength, but you rip it from Mal Du Pays, even as it lingers.
It's ok for them to leave you, you think. You're too horrific to stay for. It's ok if they leave and forget you, because that's for the best. You'll only hurt them like this, trapping them here, letting your desperation overtake you and taking the place of the King. Somebody who does that, who's willing to go that far, doesn't deserve for people to stick around them. You understand that, now.
So, you take a deep breath, and you let go.
.AKA, a reimagining of the end of ISAT, where instead of becoming Bigfrin, Siffrin goes into a coma. Siffrin remembers what was lost, the party contemplate their own struggles, and through it all, love prevails, no matter the ending.
