Bookmarker's Notes
Well. If I fail my first biology exam of the semester, I'm blaming this fic, bahaha! Remind me to update this bookmark with my grade. I feel terrible for being glued to my phone instead of learning the ins and outs of evolution and eukaryotic cells, but here we are, I reckon.
I did feel a little funky about the book conversion thing, admittedly. I never heard of doing that before, and I wasn't too sure how accurate characterization could be if the story was bent for the characters instead of created with them in mind (even after finishing it, I still feel a little funny about it, I can't lie). However, the writing drew me in and I really loved the story. I was intrigued by Asami and Korra's characters, and I loved how charming the cast was. I found myself invested in their story and the nearly glacial-speed of romance between these sweet women. The build was very worth it.
I had a great time reading! Off to study. <3
