Booker smiled into his drink and Nicky raised an eyebrow in inquiry. Andy smiled slyly with half a nod.
“You might want to get rid of these first,” Joe commented, handing over the discreet harness with its two knives.
“That’s half the fun and you know it.”
Watching them with interest, Booker gave a light snigger at the exchange.
“Besides, it’s not like I’m the only one.” Andy tapped Joe’s wrist where his unbuttoned sleeves exposed his own knife. “First person to get the most weapons off everyone else is in the middle.”
