Summary
Jaded Quill and their partner Steel Facade only came to Ponyville to gather information for Jaded Quill's research paper.
Instead of spending afternoons peacefully in the library, the pair are running for their lives to survive as ponies go from behaving oddly to sprouting strange growths, lesions, and attempting to kill each other. It's all they can do to escape Ponyville with a hoof-ful of other ponies and try to make their way to the Crystal Empire in one piece.
Rife with despair and pain, the pair only try to see the next day and pray none of them get infected.
