Something awful happens to Dean, he gets hospitalised. A blizzard keeps them stuck in Portsmouth and they spend Christmas Eve there. Although everything seems hopeless after Dean and Castiel have a fight over his now resurfaced repressed memories, Castiel finds Dean and they get stuck again: this time in traffic, they are on the clock to make it on time for Sam and Charlie's surprise on Christmas day.
