It has been a few days since he’s eaten, the last thing a swiped hot dog from the oblivious hot dog vendor.

Really, Techno hadn’t planned to get by said rouge witch. But apparently, as he had recently found out, they don’t react well to people trying to capture them for a bounty. Which, fair, but also Techno had been cursed so he was a tad resentful at that moment.
“Have fun kitten,” she cackled as she walked off, “next time, choose your battles better,” then, she disappeared at the end of the trail into a puff of smoke, leaving Techno behind meowing indignantly.
OR
After pissing off a witch, Techno is cursed to be a cat, most likely for the rest of his life if he can't find someone to help him break the curse.
When he bumps into Tommy a young witch who seems to be the only person able to understand him thus far, Techno thinks he's found his way to break the curse. Unfortunately, Tommy isn't strong enough to break the curse on his own.
Fortunately, for Techno though, Tommy just so happens to know a guy who can. His father, Emporer of the Antarctic Empire, Philza Craft, has the power to reverse Techno's curse, and so the two embark on a long journey back to Tommy's home.
