In a world where the Uchiha clan never was massacred, and Sasuke and Sakura are both medical nin, though still on team Kakashi don't worry, how much will change?

Partially an exploration of the effects of what would happen if danzo died and Itachi had a different effect on Sasuke's life, and partially just me being bored and getting back into naruto.
and a nice chance for miss Mariposa to learn how to enjoy her life, and hopefully, teach her poor overworked little brother Sasuke to as well. lots of jokes but also lots of sweetness and pain all in one. Made this for me <3 and for my friend Nightowl who has always read my fanfictions so loyally for over ten years now<3
