Summary
After Karl and Ethan have their usual falling out, an explosion (caused by a certain, boulder-punching asshole) leads them to plunge into a tight space, where they're forced to settle their differences.
At least enough to save Rose and kill Miranda.
(Perhaps Karl should've used his sensitive hearing more effectively.)
