Summary
Robert Robertson the Third never became Mecha Man. He didn't rebuild his father's suit, he didn't become a hero, and he didn't cut himself off from Chase. So when Shroud escapes prison, he doesn't have much of a way to protect himself.
Luckily, Chase has some connections. Unluckily, those connections will lead him to the worst job of his life.
