Summary
The slit throat was the last straw, causing Jason to come to the conclusion Gotham wasn't worth it. Bruce, wasn't worth it. Red Hood, wasn't worth it. All of it just isn't worth it.
He then decides to revert his goal back to what he most wanted before he became Robin.

Jason Todd leaves the Bats and vigilante life to start again. It just so happens he chooses Metropolis as his new home, and Clark Kent just can't help himself but to reach out to who he once saw as a nephew.
Let's just say, Clark didn't expect to suddenly have baby fever when looking at the boy in his late teens.
