Or, Phil was a bad parent, Techno is a runaway, the Dream Team stole the kid they found on the streets (not the first time), Wilbur hates Dream for 'replacing' him.
Or Or, DreamTeam stole Technoblade after SBI fumbled, Wilbur has had his twin privileges revoked, and yeh.
