Summary
Since he was created, Con only knew three things. Fear, obedience, and power. His fathers - Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Virginia - made it very clear that they exercised the third, and the first two were expected of him. The three of them were always angry at him for some misdoings or the other. But did that mean all the states were like that?
