Summary
Ihz's brother was the best netrunner Night City never knew. Now he's dead, and she is truly alone for the first time in her life. When she finds the secret program carrying the data he died to retrieve, she decides to turn it over to Ash, the crew leader who got him killed.

She should hate him. She should stay away from him. But her brother died in the middle of a gig, and walking away means his death was for nothing.

So when Ash offers her a chance to finish what her brother started, Ihz makes a deal: one job, then they're done.
But in a city as cold as chrome, where she knows no one but her will mourn her brother, Ash and the crew become the connection that keeps her brother's memory alive. Between solving puzzles and dodging NCPD attention, she and Ash find common ground: a shared dream of escaping this neon nightmare, of one day walking on the moon where the city's grime can't reach them. The gig was supposed to be quick, but the deeper they go, the stronger the pull. Something she can’t accept when she is being pulled towards someone her brother meant to keep her from.
