Summary
Officer Chione Gobara, reporting for regular duty, catches a speedster going over a hundred on the freeway and finds a stash of contraband she's been trying to get off her streets for years. Unfortunately, the pusher she's despised since the beginning isn't gonna make that an easy feat. And he's never been one to let his stash go to someone without a price being paid.
