Summary
Wolfwood wakes up again in the sand.
He sits for a minute, letting the wind blow tiny granules of the stuff over him. Then he takes a good look around, breathes in deep, and shouts, “Son of a bitch!”
The shout echoes as Wolfwood forces himself to stand. He hefts Punisher onto his shoulder and begins the slow trudge in the direction of the bus. Maybe meeting it head-on will change something?
