“Weasley! This is all your fault!” An ominous feeling was creeping over Ron’s whole body when he heard Malfoy yell this to him.
“This child isn’t mine! Take it back!” Ron was honestly scared to death to drop the child, that Malfoy so carelessly had pushed into his arms, as if it meant nothing. As if nothing horrible would happen if one of them would (accidentally) drop it.
“It might not be yours, but it sure as hell is one of your lot!” Malfoy snapped back.
Or the one in which Draco Malfoy is the legal guardian of Teddy Weasley, his cousin’s child. A child she had with a Weasley, he just doesn’t know which Weasley it is, so he figures, Ron will have to stand in, until they figure it all out. He was, of course. He'd known that when he first saw Remus' will and the words 'I grant guardianship to Harry James Potter' in his handwriting. Knowing it and knowing it were two different things however. He thought his most pressing worry would be where he was going to live from now on (when he wasn't sleeping on the floor of Ron's bedroom in the Burrow). Now he had to worry about finding a place that would be good for a baby. A baby.
