Let's start again...Harry James Potter, son of James Potter/Lord Voldemort and Severus Snape... If you read it correctly, James Potter is Lord Voldemort. Everyone thinks Lord Voldemort is someone else, but no, Lord Voldemort is James Potter. She had to fake her death to save her husband and son from Dumbledore's hands, but he failed since he took his son to the muggle family of his ex-girlfriend Lily Evans. The only ones who knew he was alive were his friends Sirius Black and Remus Lupin.
Harry always knew that he was different from others and that for some reason he felt a strong connection with the potions professor, Severus Snape, and with the person who "killed" his parents, Lord Voldemort. When he saw Severus Snape die he felt a part of his soul tear apart and become empty there, but he didn't understand it until he faced Lord Voldemort and killed him. It was in that final moment that he felt something unlock in his mind and let out memories of him that he had never seen.
In other words, Harry Potter is the son of James Potter and Severus Snape. A lot of Dark Harmione/Jeverus
